The most famous robot dog in the world is Boston Dynamics. It is called spot, a tender and friendly autonomous prototype that is designed for exploration, as well as attending several tasks.
However, someone thought that Spot was a very basic or “innocent” model and decided to create a much more aggressive model.
Thus, the company Ghost Robotics presented its version of a robot dog, a prototype very different from Boston Dynamics, as this account on top of a powerful weapon: a rifle.
The firearm, developed by the company Sword Defense Systems, is coupled up the robot and has a scope of 1,200 meters, and is known as a non-manned fusil of special purpose (SPUR, for its acronym in English).
The advanced system also has a thermal camera and a sensor with a 30x zoom. The module also incorporates the ability to load and protect the remote weapon, so it can become a very useful tool for security bodies that use unmanned weapons.

Either way, this robot dog does not have the ability to shoot autonomously, so you need a human being that controls the gun away and its detonations.
At the moment it is not known if the managers intend to build and market this robot dog in a massive way. The only thing that has been seen from the prototype is what was presented at the annual conference of the United States Army Association.
